Orders and Shipping
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location but typically take 5–10 business days after shipping. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
Click the “Sign Up” or “My Account” link at the top of our website. Enter your email address, create a password, and follow the prompts to set up your account.
If your order has not yet shipped, you can update your address by contacting us at [email protected]. Once shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
After your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier’s website.
No. For your security, we do not store credit card information. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways.
Sales tax will be applied to orders as required by local regulations. The final tax amount will be displayed at checkout.

Depending on the size of your sofa or sectional, your order may ship in multiple boxes to ensure safe delivery. All packages usually arrive around the same time.

Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Please review our full Refund & Returns Policy for details.
We’re sorry for the mistake! Please email us at [email protected] with your order number and photos, and we will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. Include photos of the damage so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the correct return address and instructions. Please do not ship items back without authorization.

Yes, you may cancel or modify your order before it has shipped. Once shipped, the order must go through our standard returns process.
