Refund and Returns Policy

At THSUPER, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love your new sofa, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging and parts.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong item).

Exchanges

  • If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund. Once shipped, the order must follow the standard returns process.
